How can I update my organization’s listing?
If you represent an MSSP and would like to correct or update information on your listing, email us at ben@msspproviders.io with the details. We verify all changes before publishing to ensure directory accuracy.
Can I suggest a new provider for the directory?
Yes. If you know of a managed security service provider that should be listed, send us an email with their name, website, and a brief description of their managed security services. Our editorial team will review the suggestion and add qualifying providers to the directory.
What is the typical response time?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days. Listing updates and corrections are typically reviewed and published within one week.
Do you accept paid listings or sponsored placements?
No. All listings on MSSPProviders.io are editorially curated through independent research. Featured providers are selected based on editorial criteria including breadth of managed security services, certifications held, and industry coverage. Paid placement does not influence any listing or ranking on the site.
Can I get a custom report or dataset?

How do you verify provider information?
Provider information is verified through a multi-source research process. Providers who have claimed their profiles can also submit updates directly, which our team reviews before publishing.
